My background is in media design. My work is in production systems. The overlap between those two things is where the most interesting problems live.

About

The logic, the craft, the pixel.

I build web systems — the kind that are meant to last. Based in Switzerland, I've spent the better part of a decade working across the full stack for organisations like GS1 Switzerland and Hotelplan, designing frontend architectures and backend integrations that hold up under real conditions.

I came up through media design, and that background never really left. I care about the surface as much as the structure — how an interface moves, how a component system scales visually, where engineering precision and design craft meet. My core stack is React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with deep roots in PHP, Drupal, and API-first CMS architecture.

The longer I've worked on production systems, the more I've come to see security not as a layer you add later, but as a quality of the engineering itself. That thinking now shapes how I approach architecture — and it's where I'm deliberately deepening my expertise.

The work below are things I built purely out of curiosity, because the experiments are usually where the more interesting decisions happen. When I'm not in the codebase: documentary photography, 3D printing, and occasionally growing microgreen.

Building Immersive Real Estate: Orchestrating Light, Camera, and UI in React Three Fiber

Building a 3D apartment tour using React Three Fiber (R3F) isn't just about loading a GLTF model into a canvas. It requires acting as a cinematographer, a lighting technician, and a UI designer all at once.
